What you get: You can win Starbucks prizes including bonus stars toward food and drink, a Playstation Now prize pack, or even Starbucks for 1/3/6 months, a year, or for life! Make a purchase or complete weekly challenges and you’ll earn bonus tokens. Collect 3 tokens belonging to a set to win the designated prize.

Note: If you find Starbucks to be super expensive, take heart! You can obtain tokens without making a purchase. You get a free token to start, and you can request free token entries by filling out an online form. In fact, I was able to get 13 tokens without going into Starbucks!

The coffee war has heated up for Canadian customers! Tim Horton’s recently unveiled their new Tims Rewards program, and Starbucks will be modifying their Starbucks Rewards program in April. Meanwhile, McDonald’s has stayed ahead of the pack by offering virtual stamps when you purchase a hot McCafe beverage through their app.

What you get: When you use the McDonald’s app to order coffee (or tea), you get a virtual stamp. Much like the physical stamps you get on the cup, collect 7 stamps and earn 1 medium coffee. In other words, you will earn two free coffees (one via the app, one with the physical stamped-filled rewards card).

What you get: Toronto Raptors are back this season with two free food offers! When they score 12 or more 3-pointers, score FREE medium McDonald’s fries!  And when they win with 100+ points, get an additional FREE Pizza Pizza slice with purchase of cheese or pepperoni pizza slice.  Requires McDonald’s and Raptors Mobile apps to redeem these offers.

What you get: I’m a huge Raptors fan, but even if you’re not, by downloading the Raptors Mobile app, you will be alerted any time after they score at least a dozen 3-point shots.  You’ll then have until closing the following day to head to your local Popeyes chicken restaurant to score yourself 3-piece chicken tenders with a purchase of a large drink.  The cashier will have to activate the offer using your phone.
